General info

"Happy Hearts Day" is the second True and the Rainbow Kingdom special.

True and Bartleby try to cheer up the Rainbow Kingdom's loneliest citizen, but his gloomy mood is contagious! Can a trio of Wishes turn things around?

The following Wishes were used in Happy Hearts Day:

  • Syzer, a Wish that can make something bigger or smaller.
  • Goopy
  • Slurpo, a Wish that can vacuum everything.

  • This is the second True and the Rainbow Kingdom special, following "New Year's Eve Countdown".
    • Like its predecessor, it is presumed to only be available on Netflix for a limited time.
  • This special revolves around the yearly Happy Hearts Day, the in-universe version of Valentine's Day.
  • It is the first official special episode of its kind, lasting a complete 22 minutes.
  • A song, tentatively titled Happy Hearts Day Song, is performed by True and Bartleby.
  • The Wishing Tree sequence is noticeably different from previous episodes. True levitates to a higher part of the tree to receive her three Wishes, and the Wishes now all state their names.
    • In addition, the mushroom chairs sprouting up from the tree when True, Bartleby, and Zee have a "think" are different than in previous episodes.
  • This is the first episode to use Netflix's new signature animation.
    • The episode also makes note of it being a "CBC Original".
